My Sadhana

SEPTEMBER 2026 → SEPTEMBER 2027
365 days. One commitment. Let's see what changes.
The Food Mantra — Sahana Vavatu
ॐ सह नाववतु । सह नौ भुनक्तु ।
सह वीर्यं करवावहै । तेजस्विनावधीतमस्तु मा विद्विषावहै ।
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥
Let us be protected together, let us be nourished together, let us gain strength together, let our efforts be brilliant and effective, let there be no ill-will between us. Om peace, peace, peace.
A Word from Sadhguru
"Discipline does not mean control — it means having the sense to do exactly what is needed."
Pranic Foods — Living Energy
Food that is still close to its living state carries more energy and clarity for the body and mind. Foods rich in prana: fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouted grains, and ash gourd. Sadhguru suggests keeping 40–50% of the daily diet in this "alive" form — not overly cooked, processed, or stored — so the body stays light and the mind stays clear.

The Vow
I commit to this sadhana — not as a diet, but as a discipline of awareness. The body is not who I am, only the instrument I am given; how I feed it is how I sharpen it. For one year, let every meal be a moment of consciousness, not consumption. Not to control this life, but to know it — and to meet myself at the other end, a little clearer than I began.
